Rachel Clothier has always had an eye for design and unique creations. A graduate of Southern Illinois University Edwardsville with a Bachelor's in Business Administration and MBA, she is the owner of Goff & Dittman Florists. Rachel is a Certified Floral Designer (CFD) and an Illinois Certified Professional Florist (ICPF). Trained by the son of the original family owner, Rachel has a strong foundation in quality floral arrangements.

Rachel delights in creating personal and unique designs, incorporating nature, architecture, art and today's trends into her designs. She has extensive and broad-based experience in the special events industry, blending strengths in interior design, technique and floral shop management to present the full spectrum of floral design.

We maintain extended hours during Valentine's Day Week, and Mother's Day Week. We are closed during the following holidays: New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and Day after Christmas.  During the busy floral weeks of Christmas, Valentine's Day  and Mother's Day, we advise customers to place orders early to receive the best possible selection and service. We do our best to accommodate same day delivery requests during these busy times, however, we cannot guarantee every last minute order due to sheer volumes. We strongly recommend that customers place orders at least three days prior to each major holiday.

Our standard delivery fees apply and are based on mileage. Please note that you may add on a guaranteed delivery time window of 2 hours after adding an item to your cart. Also, for specific time requests, we will do our best to accommodate, but we are normally able to deliver within a four hour window. We do guarantee timed deliveries for Funeral Services and will deliver according to service visitation schedule.  If a redelivery is necessary, we will charge a duplicate delivery fee to the original order. 

To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order at any time prior to design or delivery. However, if your order is already designed, en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order. You can call us at 618-307-9056 - Edwardsville anytime to cancel an order. We will try our best to accommodate your request as long as your request meets our cancellation policy.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal or higher value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type but may substitute with another color.
